RR represents the final Logistic regression model predicting CD4 cell counts below 200 cells/mm³ after 6 months of HAART. Significance was set at 0.05. Model statistics computed include adjusted OR, 95% CI, and their corresponding p values. Hypocholesterolemia, thymus, and viral load were set as dichotomous variables.
